No structure means no strategies, no plans, no updates, no constructive openness. We play it by ear most of the time, and we call it “personalized care.” But in reality, they target and play games to feel in power and control.
Because “someday it might be like this, another day like that—always depending on the rules, but your “mood”. You never know when, how, or where, but only “WE” can give you feedback on what’s good and right.”
You do not matter unless we can break you as we want.
The day started with one hour less, because money matters. Same work in less time? Wrong! Any level of acuity should match certain hours.
And because it’s like gang life, you are set up for high acuity, and no one helps.
Fake professional smiles…they let you wait and wait, and you can’t do your job because you depend on them. You run in loops between.
But it’s not just you who’s left waiting—it’s the patients.
Because “the gang” don’t like you, they make you wait, refuse to help, or only help you halfway. And are ALL IN!
Never a job completely done. They don’t want you to have a complete job done.
Halfway—put the patients in the wrong position, in the wrong seat, on the wrong set, and you MUST keep going, begging for ANOTHER help. Because you try to respect rules, in fact arranged AGAINST YOU.
But no one will help you because they’re set up to help themselves only, when they want, how they want, for what they want. It’s an internal politics game.
No structure, no professional communication, and no help!
Structure means clear tasks: who does what, when, where, and under what conditions. The lack of structure creates chaos and allows bullying of anyone not welcome.
It leads to self-rule outside of the rules.
When to do it? “Do not do it!” is their professional response received. “She will tell you when to do it!”. No notes no care plans ..playing by ear…what is good for the gang is not good for “the enemy” of the gang. GANG RULES!
I looked at her fake smile—it’s leadership misleading. No notes, no plans, no clear rules. My good sense tells me, I must do it?
The “leader” looks at me, “I don’t need you in this room now.” Really? Why put me down in front of the patient? I smile. The gang! They want to feel in charge—no rules, but their rules!
A whole country and a gang playing dirty behind the scenes want me crushed and subdued!
But what you’ll see is me speaking up about your dirty dealings—the gangs, the cliques, the high acuity, the lack of help and resources. With details.
Set me up again, and you’ll see notes about it again!
Help is not personal; it is professional and mandatory!
If you don’t help me, you’re not doing your work professionally. Misleading is wrong too! Targeting is wrong! Setting people up for failure is wrong!
Socialism is wrong all in all! But you don’t care “the GANG” matters and to be in power!
